Families on our waitlist receive first consideration on available puppies, excluding those we retain, in the order that approved commitments are secured.
Each puppy is priced individually based on structure, coat type, color, pattern, and overall program value.
Base Price
Our puppies begin at $2,200, which includes:

Microchip
Age appropriate vaccinations
In depth health record
Ongoing breeder support

Female: +$200
Long hair: +$100

Single pattern (brindle, dapple, piebald, sable): +$200
Double pattern: +$300

Discounts
Returning family or second puppy: $100
Veteran: $150
Documented ESA: $150
Placement and Reservation Structure
We operate as a private breeder placement program, not a retail or first come online purchase model. Placement is based on fit, readiness, and the long term best interest of each puppy.
Application Processing Fee $150
Paid as part of the application and placement process prior to final selection of a puppy
Covers evaluation time, communication, and placement coordination
Is non refundable under all circumstances
Does not guarantee approval or placement
Reservation Fee $350
Is required once Buyer is approved and commits to a specific puppy
Is applied toward the final purchase price
Is non refundable
May be transferred one time only to a future placement within Seller’s program, subject to prior Seller approval
Must be used within 12 months of original payment
Is not transferable to another individual
A puppy is not considered reserved until the Reservation Fee is received
Discount Policy
Only one discount may be applied per puppy
Discounts may not be combined, stacked, or applied retroactively
All discounts are applied at Seller’s discretion and require approval prior to final pricing
No adjustments are made after pricing is confirmed
Discounts have no cash value and may not be substituted or exchanged
Important Placement Terms
Joining the waitlist or submitting fees provides placement consideration only and does not entitle Buyer to a specific puppy
Selection timing, pairing, and final placement decisions remain solely at Seller’s discretion to ensure the best long term outcome for each dog
Transfer of a Reservation Fee does not guarantee availability, selection priority, or timeline
Final pricing is confirmed prior to reservation and is not modified thereafter
Submission of any payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all pricing and placement terms
